Habitat for Humanity Project

Article Pic

This spring is a great opportunity for The Gathering to again put its faith into action as we partner with Habitat for Humanity of Fort Collins.  Habitat is a non-profit organization that builds houses for families in need through partnerships with businesses and volunteers. It is a Christian housing ministry with a mission to eliminate poverty housing and homelessness from the world, and to make decent shelter a matter of conscience and action.

Presbyterian churches in the Fort Collins area have invited The Gathering to participate this spring on a project in Fort Collins for the Greene family. David McLaughlin will be our liason/coordinator and will have information available on Sunday's of how you might be able to participate.  Also, we will have the opportunity to meet the Greene family as they will be our guests in worship later this Spring.
